One of the most common enquiries I've had in recent years is for information on men working in childcare, so a new publication from the London Early Years Foundation is very timely. The report is entitled Men Working in Childcare: Does it Matter to Children? What do they Say? and takes a detailed look at the issue by examining previous research both from the UK and other countries.
You can access the full report by clicking here. If this is a subject that interests you, then you may also want to get ideas for further reading by looking at this previous post.
