A new report from the Institute for Fiscal Studies is the latest piece of research which examines the issue of how summer born children can be disadvantaged at school, and the long term effects which this can have on their lives. When You Are Born Matters draws data from a range of reliable sources to provide a detailed picture which can help to inform policy in the future.
You can read the full text of the report by clicking here. For further reading, have a look at my bookmarks on summer born children.
